I am having trouble connecting my ' VKB Gunfighter Modern Combat Pro XT2 v2.22' to the ' Blackbox MKIII with ' VKBSim T-Rudder XT2 v2.151 ' . I can only see 1 of the devices in the config menu ( when loading the other device, the first one is gone)
Using the ' orange' black box that came with the MKII Gunfighter I can see both T-Rudder Pedals AND Gunfighter II. see attached config menu.
Someone any idea to get things working on 1 blackbox? , or having the same problem?
Thanks in advance

You have 2 options: either use both products with their own black boxes (in this case you'll get 2 devices shown in VKBDevCfg) or plug them both in the same black box (has to be the MKIII) (only 1 device will show in VKBDevCfg). The second option will work only if your grip doesn't have a twist; if there's a twist there are already too many axes on the device. If there's no twist, then the rudders will work as twist axis.
In both cases you should reflash the joystick to the latest firmware, as shown in this guide, then calibrate it like here. If you're using the rudders in the same black box calibrate it too at the same time.

Thanks Fallout9,
Thanks for the clear answer
I concluded something like that in the meantime too. I have build in a twister in the gunfighter indeed ; so there are already too many axes on the device for the configurator i assumed
( Is it a Windows 11 issue, that it can't handle more than 8 axes, or de configurator itself ? ).
Anyway thanks for explaining and confirming the issue. In the meantime i found that i still like to use the twister ( for the tiller)
So they are both active .
In the meantime I will be looking forward to the orange/black- blackbox combinationbox .... or build it myself
greets , Erwin
ps 1: ( I assume there is a third option... load MKII gunfighter without twist and setup the T-pedals on the Z-axe).
ps 2: send lots of greetings too mr. Valer for all his interference and helpfulness.
