UCM-S GF Gunfighter IV

Hi. I've noticed that my new Gunfighter Mk IV is not compatible with the UCM mounting plate I recently ordered. In the picture, one can see that when aligning three of the mounting holes with the Gunfighter base, one of these holes is drilled a few millimeters off. Also, the dry clutch for horizontal motion comes in contact with the plate when everything is tightened, meaning that I cannot decrease the tension on this clutch. The mounting plate needs another 2 millimeters to give enough clearance. Is this a known issue, or did I get a poorly cut mounting plate? I could drill another hole for mounting the base (it wont look pretty) but the clutch is the bigger problem since I don't have the proper tools to cut a larger gap for the dry clutch.
