Hello, on the label there is an incorrect address. My house number isn't on there, so now the postnl can't deliver my packet. Postnl can't help me, because of protocol. Can you please help me out? Order number is #38923

Unfortunately not much to do in cases like this They will return the parcel and you'll get it send back at you at no extra cost, if the address provided was correct.
I'll inform the local rep about it.
