Hello,
I just received my adapter from VKB but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I followed the installation video on YouTube which is really well done.
I have started the process several times but nothing works, the Z axis of rotation does not work at all, not even a start.
I updated the firmware I hope I took the right one for a Gladiator MK2 MCG Pro model: _Gladiator-K_MCG_Pro_v2_16_5.vkb
Anyone know what the problem is?
PS : I add 2 screenshots for the config.

First show the Test-External devices tab. Then calibrate the axles so there are no 255 numbers (the brakes may be in the same column on the lever). Don't forget about the trigger axis, it is located on VC2.

Ho I see on your site for me MCG Ultimate that you have to ask for the adapter for the gladiator pro mk2.
Maybe that's it if the Gladiator pro MK2 allows the installation of the twist because on my base I have pins.
Is the MCG pro + twist compatible with my base?
I think I don't have the right connector because there are pins on the twist and on my base.

Try to start answering the questions and following the suggested steps. Otherwise nothing will work. There are no fortune tellers or psychics here.

The wording was clumsy on my part!
I have since received responses and have responded to my post 24 hours ago. But maybe i didn't use the right reply button.

I did not give a more detailed answer in this channel because the problem is identified. I received a Rev B twist for a Rev A base.
I'm just waiting for feedback from support for a solution, no new response since Wednesday.
