Are there any plans to enable people who wish to desk mount the STECS THROTTLE SYSTEM – STANDARD by using something like the VKB UCM STRONGHOLD?

They should already be. It is the UCM-S WT https://flightsimcontrols.com/product/v ... tronghold/ as the STECS Standard uses the same dimensions as the warthog throttle.

EDIT: That is not entirely correct. Apparently, the holes are not correct and there is a different plate on the way for the EU store. Get in touch with your local vendor.
