Hi there, I'm new to this so sorry if I'm making a stupid mistake but how exactly does the payment work? When I ordered an NXT evo right premium I got told I was sent an email and to look there for further instructions for my payment. In the email it's telling me to transfer the money directly to a bank account with my order number before my package is sent. Is this normal? This feels really suspicious so I'm unsure what to do.

This is quite normal, I did pay like that before.
You could also choose the PayPal option - that will allow you paying with card.
