when is the STECS STEM (Standard Throttle Extension Module) available in Europe store?

can the STECS STEM be used as a single module (witout STECS Throttle)?

Mid to late September.

The STEM could be used only together with the STECS' main body, either plugged internally at the back or through a USB C to USB C cable at the front.

Great can we pre-order . or do we have to wait until end of September
