Firmware calibration issue

I brought an NXT Evo ww2 grip very recently and opened and assembled it about an hour ago.
I installed VKB device configurator and the controller was detected as the Evo ww2 stick.
I flashed what I thought was the correct one on initial installation of the joystick (gladiator_evo_v2_14_A.vkb)
Now it doesn't detect the grip correctly.
It is listed as VKBsim Gladiator Evo R xt2 V2.14A and shows an image of the wrong stick and not a ww2 stick.

The X and Y axis appear to correct.
The twist Z axis does not work
The throttle axis is listed as Z instead.

No Stick buttons or hat work.

Base buttons are listed as:
F1 - 27
F2 - 28
F3 - 29
En1 down - 24
En1 up - 23
Sw1 down - 26
Sw1 up - 25

So what is the correct firmware to flash so I can setup this joystick.
Also how do I set up this joystick. Where are the actual instructions?

The latest firmware doesn't work well with your combo, please flash the attached file.
