Hello,
I'd like to refund the GLADIATOR NXT EVO 'F14 COMBAT EDITION'.
I just found out that there are simply too few switches for my use case.
I have heard that some peoples tickets are not being answered quickly enough,
so I grew anxious of that possibility, especially because this is my first time getting into the HOTAS and flight-sim hobby.

So my Questions are:
1. Where do I send my refund to?
2. Is there some kind of refund formula?
3. Can I directly exchange it to a GLADIATOR NXT EVO 'Space Combat Edition' SCG Premium Right Hand?
