Conversation of receipt of payment

Greetings,



My apologies if my message is premature however I'm starting to get worried about the payment I have made.

I ordered the premium version of both the Omni throttle left stick and the gladiator right stick on Friday 14th of July 2023, on the same day I paid by direct bank transfer. Order number #35639.

I received confirmation from my bank that the transfer was successful on Monday 17th of July. However I have yet to receive confirmation from VKB Europe. I sent a message using the contact support messaging system that day and after 48 hours I've not received any response, ticket number #11204.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in helping me with this matter.
