10th november
received notification for Gladiators back in stock.
ordered a set of them and paid via paypal
17th november
received an email that an existing phone number is needed for 'fast' shipping to germany.
fair enough...answered the email right away an provided my number.
since the black friday sale was anounced meanwhile (15th afair), i asked if it possibly to apply the discount on my current order. if not, i asked to cancel my order, so i can place a new one, when the sale is running.
23th november
00:16: notification from UPS with shipping information.
10:37: i sent another email to ask if the 10% discount will be refunded, since the order hasn´t been canceled obviously
17:29: automated email from VKB, that the processing of my order is finished
none of my emails to vkb@flightsimcontrols.com has been answered yet.
would be nice if someone could gently poke the support or something.
