VKB-SIM

I have used these with RoF and IL2 since 2016. They have never caused any problems and have been great. Last weekend the rudder drifted over to the right and stayed there. I would like to check that there are no loose wires but don't know how to access the underside to view the connections. Which bolts can be undone and is there anywhere I can see a drawing or diagram. A YouTube guide would be good to see if you can point one out. Lastly do VKB FSC offer a repair programme? I am in UK btw.

Check out this video guide; you won't have to disassemble everything like shown, as you only need access to the magnet and the board, to see what's happening in there.
But before doing that I suggest to flash to the latest firmware, reset to default and recalibrate.
