Hi,
Happy SCG “KOSMOSIMA” stick and pedals user here!;-)
As I fly the DCS Apache more and more from front seat, I am thinking about some controls solutions for a TEDAC simulation.
So I would like to ask, if there is a possibility to use just a grips (left and right SCG Kosmosima) alone, perhaps with some control box, without a base. I do not need a axis and cams and all that, just two grips with bunch of switches and two analog hats. I would mount them next to each other to create kind of TEDAC control (display-less).
Thank you for reply.

Re: Using grips without base.
Briefly - yes, it is. Problem is to connect controllers of each grip straigthly with black box connector.

Thank you for reply. Do you think it would be possible to have it custom made (the connecting cables) by VKB for such a purpose?

Re: Using grips without base.
My MCGU grip is connected to blackbox using an adapter available from VPforce Controls https://discord.gg/V4vydQfe
Re: Using grips without base.
I am trying to do the same with a thrustmaster f-18 grip. I have the Mk iV rudder pedals and a black box (mk ii) but no gunfighter base.
The f18 stick is using the thrustmaster adapter and is connected to a 200mm extension and VP Force controls adapter which converts to the 4 pin cable to the blackbox.
Is this approach possible?
Thanks
