Hello,
After a while of not using it, I decided to pick up the joystick, and realised yaw axis and buttons were not working. It turns out the black wire in the cable between the base and grip has ruptured (the red one has slightly exposed wiring). Would it be possible to get a replacement for the wire?

I tried to make an account on the website however after multiple attempts I never received a confirmation mail or a way to set up my password, also I've heard that the support might take months to respond.

You should already have a registered username if you ordered from their website. You could also submit a ticket even without being registered.
As for the second part, I agree there are many complaints about long waiting time, but that's also because no one complains about being responded fast on their ticket.
