In december I opened a ticket for a device that arrived scratched, so they offered to send me the damaged part. Unfortunately after two months I didn't receive anything yet.
Almost a month ago I replied to the same ticket asking for any info about the status of the shipping but no one replied back to me.
Could you guys check the case? I don't know if they need my information (address, ZIP code, etc.)
Anyway the ticket number is #9592

No worries, you are not forgotten. The new part is shipped from HQ and will arrive with us with the new batch. It should be in our hands in about 10-12 days from now. Then we will ship it to you.
