Hello,

I've been waiting since December for my package to be resend due to a customs problem with the first shipment. I got some responses on my ticket #9601 on December but i haven't heard anything since then. I opened another ticket with number #9601 just in case there was something wrong with the first one but nothing. I have no information, no package, no money.

If you guys could check my case, any information would be great.

Replied to the ticket. Yes, we tried to re-ship before holiday break but didn't get the information from you. Afterwards, we have been clearing up the backlog from December and missed your order. Sorry for delay. Just let us know (via ticket) if you still want your order or wish to refund.
