SEM Landing gear with star citizen 3.18

Hello, i recently got the SEM module in addition to my sticks. All good but i have an issue with the flaps and landing gear swtichs.
In 3.18 they introduced the state for landing gear up and down, i was so hyped. I configured the SEM for 2 detents, mapped the buttons ingame (the register correctly) but once activated they dont do anything. Tried with the flaps and same result. Mapping them to individual button works. Any clue on what to do?
