Returns ticket still outstanding after 10 days

Hello,

Is support overloaded at the moment? I made an accidental order that I need to return, and opened ticket #9332 regarding Order 29381.

It's been 10 days and I haven't been responded to, I emailed a few days ago but I didn't hear back from that either.

I am concerned I am going to miss the returns window.

If someone could check this for me it would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the delay, but no worries about the return - if you've filled up for return in time, then you'll get your money back guaranteed.
Thank you for providing your ticket number, I'll remind the vendor about it.

Thank you for your help, although unfortunately I have still not heard back. Is there likely to be a problem?

All I am hoping for is a confirmation that my return will be expected, and an address to send it to.
