Return and Refund in Europe

So, I've decided the VKB GF mk3 is not for me, and formally requested a return and refund.
Now should i wait for them to respond for a return label? They tend not to...
Or can i just send it right away from the UPS Access Point?

They'll definitely respond; please do not return the joystick without confirmation.

Is there a time period for refund before the order is processed or are you referring to the 14 day return policy?
I did an order today and about 1 hour later requested a refund and did a different order.
I hope they will cancel the first before sending, so I wouldn't have to return it all the way from my country?

support already refunded the old order and now I'm happily waiting for a delivery on the new one - very quick support. Thank you!
