Hi, I sent already "contact forms" but I didnt receive any ticket number so I would like to ask here.

I just received my order from #28094 from 6th of September containing standard Left and standard right sticks.

When I ordered it was EVO space combat because the old once are out of production.

I received 2 sticks Right and Left and 2 bases, right base is EVO which has dry clutch and can be adjusted, but the left base is NOT EVO and has no dry clutch so its the old one.
How this issue can be sorted ?
Can you replace my left side base with an EVO base ?
I will keep this one until you send the right base ?

We are in touch via ticketing system already.

Just for people who is watching this thread - we shipped by mistake one NXT base instead of EVO. In this case we offer either replacement the base, 50% discount (if NXT base suits the customer) or free "NXT to EVO" upgrade set.

Anyway that issue will be resolved.
