Horror support of VKB Europe - No answer since one month!

I don't know what to do anymore. I have asked a simple question to VKB support by email to vkb@flightsimcontrols.com on 17.07., 19.07., 24.07., 01.08. and most recently on 07.08... and I just can't get an answer.
Once there was one response on 28.07. I became an email that I get an answer later that day. But apparently, no answer.
What kind of unprofessional store is this?
Why do so many recommend the products of VKB?
All I wanted to know is, what dimensions has the Gladiator NXT EVO "Space Combat Edition"?
Height? Baseplate?
Maybe this question is too difficult?
Maybe I will get an answer here...?
Or should I rather save further trouble and not buy anything from VKB?
