Is there a time to pre-order from the new batch or is the earliest order time when they are back on stock?

because it is the first VKB product I order, I want to get the best version of it to not have to buy another one later when i find out what I am missing.
Since online reviews of both MCG show that there is a feeling-difference between PRO and Ultimate I do not want to try the PRO just because it is available with 100€ price difference.

Or is there a reworked Version of the PRO Stick with the same buttons and feel as the Ultimate just with a Plastic housing, since the Ultimate released?

There's no preorder, but you could subscribe to notification so you'd know when the product is back in stock.
There were no changes on the MCG Pro; the buttons are still different compared to the U.
