Order #27106 - Issues with Joystick

Hello,

Today i received my products including the Gladiator Space Combat. I assembled it according to the Instructions. Sadly i experience problems.

Description of the problem:
When I am moving the X-axis and Z-rotation-axis, the controller also activates the Y-axis slightly. This only happens when I am moving the controller to the left side, or rotate to the left. The other side doesn't have that problem. I can not find a solution to that issue. The other axes are working just fine.

Is this a common/known issue? Please advise what I should do.
Thank you

Have you followed all the necessary steps like in this guide?

Good morning.

I did follow the calibration. There I first recognized that an input on the Z-rotation-axis as well as the X-axis are also causing a faulty input on the Y-axis as descriped.
I have tried to move the joystick as precise as possible but it seems to persist.
The unwanted input is not much but enough to negativly effect my ships ingame behavior.

Thanks.

Run a tester and watch the axes, do you see anything unusual?
Post 2 screenshots please: Global/Externa/ExternalDevices and Profile/Axes/Physical and Logical Axes.

I was able to “solve“ the problem by adding a software based deadzone. Nevertheless I am leaning now more towards the gunfighters to get the required precision. I might get one when the GF SCG Premium left is available again.

Best,
