Tracking for order #26099

I am a little confused about the status of my order (#26099).

On the 25th of June, I received a shipping email from UPS, notifying me that a parcel was coming. At this time, my order status was still “pending”.

The next day, I received another email from UPS stating that the shipment had been cancelled, with the tracking status saying something about a problem with a signature. My order status was still “pending”.

On the 27th of June, I received an email from VKB saying that my order has been completed, and that I will receive a tracking number in a separate email.

I have not yet been given any tracking information. Has my order been shipped? Can I track the shipment?

Hello Ayfid,

I think that your order has been arrived already. It might be that one label was incorrect or missing important information so we had to cancel it and create another label. So, that might be a confusion.
