No one is answering emails/tickets & there is no phone number

I'm not the first to be shocked by how bad UPS are, but I need to speak to someone at VKB asap to get the right information to get things resolved. This is frustrating enough I'm considering cancelling the order and just buying something else elsewhere.

UPS have never been reliable, but being able to clarify a few things with VKB is important. Are there any numbers or agents to look at tickets please?

i am looking around for the same, if it will take over one month wayting time with no contact is just insane and UnProfessional, specially with the stated: maximum 2 weeks Waiting time.

It seriusly makes it feel more like a scam, my order is still under prossesing.
