Hi it's been almost two week now that I bought a gunfighter base with an adaptator for the kosmosima grip from a gladiator evo> That specific adaptator isn't working then I can't use the stick at all ! Since no one is respnding my ticket what am i supposed to do with something that doesn't work that I paid almost 400 eur???
So please provide me a solution ASAP or I'll ask for a refund for everything.
Moreover THQ is also an issue and doesnt work with gladiator base so DO SOMETHING at least for my gunfighter base I spent to much money for something that is broke before using it...........

edit: someone told me that the piece would be sent and after another week of waiting still nothing... here's some piece of advice

DO NOT COUNT ON THEM AFTER THE SELLING.

Still no answer...

After three weeks I got an answer from my tickets. Here's the answer :

Sorry for delay with my answer. The replacement cable will be sent today. It should arrive in couple of days. It might be that springled pins do not put enough pressure on the contact pads in the base.

The idea is to press a bit on the grip while tightening the fastener, so the pins inside the grip would make contact with the pads on the base.

Well this is the answer I recieved today. I'm sorry that you complain about a week but I waited 3 before anyone answer something to my tickets. Let me make something clear for you: I don't have access to your info or to your orders; I am not in EU, I'm in Canada. I have no idea about your current or past correspondence with the local vendor. If you want to get help, post clearly what product you have and what issues you've encountered. If you don't know how to do that, take a look at the Technical Support forum and hopefully you could come with something that we could work on.

Hello Quentin,

Your replacement cable with connector was sent to you last week. It should arrive to you these days. If it is not arrived within couple of days, we will re-ship it again.
