I put in a ticket (#8039) requesting to cancel my order (#25489) on 15/06/2022, due to a change in my current circumstances, yet I have just received an email today (16/06/2022) from UPS with the tracking information for my order & an estimated delivery date of 20/06/2022. I still wish to cancel the order, so a little help would be appreciated!

And now I have just received an email to inform me that my order has been completed, with absolutely no idea if anyone has even seen the support ticket requesting cancellation of the order.

Good Morning,
I have sent an email requesting an update, along with 2 further replies on my support ticket requesting an update on when I will receive a refund for the cancelled order. I have received the proof of delivery from UPS indicating that the order arrived with you on 08/07/2022, but I have not had any responses to my request for an update so far.
