I made a order of 263 euro on 6-6-2020, but til now have no confirmation email of the order i made. I tried to reach you guys on support but it seems nobody cares for my order. I have now no idea what has happened to my money. Ive also send proof via email of my bank transfer.

Is my money just gone now??????
