I was charged over 400 euro but my order didnt go through

Hi, I just ordered two NXT Gladiator sticks and was charged 477.68 euro. But There was a message "You have entered an invalid VAT Number (Not Applicable) for your billing country (IE)." Ive recieved no invoice and my account orders is blank. But the money HAS been removed from my account

The money shoud be just blocked in your account. After couple of days when the seller did not take the moeny, it will be returned to your banking account.

Can confirm money was returned to my account not long after this post. Auto fill input N/A into the VAT section, thats what caused the error. It should be left blank. Reordered the sticks I want and they have dispatched today, should be delivered on friday. Overall excellent customer service, response to my ticket was fast and settled any fears I had. 10/10 will be ordering again

Might be a bit of a strange question, but what was the order number of the correct order? I made my order just a day or two after this post, so I want to know if my order might be processed soon
