Order #24762, can anyone official VKB staff tell me the status?
Shipment within EU, 28 days, I followed up on ticket #7711 three times in a week -zero response!

I don't care how good your product quality is, VKB you need to show the minimum respect for your customer. This is really frustrating and disappointing experience. I need at least an update to tell me if you are investigating or not.

Hello raycarys, yes, 28 days is too long I agree. The investigation is now started. We will see if the order should be re-shipped via different vendor. Unfortunately shipping via UPS is way too expensive when it is delivered to most of islands in EU so we use alternative options. But it is not that reliable.
