What do I have to do to contact VKB re return?

I am trying to return an order I received from VKB last Thursday and I am failing miserably in getting a response.
I raised a support ticket on Thursday but got no reply, and then I filled in the contact form as suggested on the web site and also got no reply.
What should I be doing here?

Just give them some time, they dont have a huge service Staff.
They will get in touch with you

Ok, thanks. I’ll leave it for a couple of days. But, there is a time limit on returns!

They do have a very "limited" staff in dealing with tickets. Even my parcel is missing somewhere for a month. VKB does not care, no one helps me in investigating the parcel.

I can't say that this is inspiring me to buy products from VKB in the future.

Hi igmack,
No worries, as soon as you send us your wish to return and it is within two weeks since you received your parcel, it is fine. If you can let me know your ticket number, I will check.
