I ordered on your site a double NXT Evo kit a few days ago, on the 17th to be precise and on the site, it's written 2 weeks maximum delay to pre-order.
But I'm going to move to my new house at the end of June and I would like to have if possible a way to follow the progress of my order.
I didn't create an account when I placed my order, so I only have an email with the invoice.
I made a ticket on your site about this #7725 to see if it is possible to add on my account created my order so I can check the status of it or I still have no answer for almost 1 week.
