I placed an order for the vkb evo, I have an order number and an invoice. I went onto my account to check when it will arrive, but it says you have no order?

Any advice please

Hello Simon,
It could happen if you didn't create an account when the order is created. If the account is created after that, the order has to be linked manually. Please, let me know your order number and I will check.
