it is bad that you write max 14 days, I get a little tired when there is no response to mail or ticket

Sorry we have flooded with the same tickets asking "when" so we might miss yours. We expect to start shipping tomorrow. Hopefully today the batch arrives.

For sure, all orders placed in April including yours will be fulfilled from this batch.
