Would it possible to get an update on this order?

It has been in a processing state since the 17th, with no communication from FSC.com staff even though we are beyond the stated maximum of a 2 week wait to ship.

Hello Ziller,

The next batch was expected to arrive on Tuesday but it didn't happen yet. Hopefully it arrives on Wednesday. I know that it is in the Netherlands for couple of days. It should be sufficient to get through the Custom and delivered to us but for some reasons it didn't happen yet.
