Order #24849 Ticket #7600 UPS Returned to sender

Hello,
I've submitted a ticket two days ago, but I'm posting here in hope of getting some help faster.

After being stuck with "missing a commercial Invoice" for a few days I've received an email from UPS saying my parcel is getting returned to sender and I'm a bit worried.

I'd like to know everything is okay,

Unfortunately some parcels were indeed returned. We have immediately re-shipped it via the different vendor to avoid any further delays. The tracking link should be already communicated to you. Sorry for issues with shipping. We are investigating it to avoid any further delays.

My joysticks have arrived. I've finished setting them up and they seem to be working perfectly! Quite a step up from my Thrustmaster T.Flight Stick X :lol:
