The same thing happened to me after being stuck for a few days "A missing commercial invoice" so you're not alone :)

Thanks, I'm hoping they can get it sent out again, was really looking forward to starting to use it!!!

Hi guys, sorry for the issue. We are investigating why it happens. No worries, it will be fixed. In the meanwhile we have re-shipped all returned orders via the different vendor already.
