Hi,

I bought some stronghold kits year and a half ago, they worked well. Except one of them,
the screw that is used to secure to the table, is too tight and I can not disassembly.
It has a little travel but not enought to put it out.
At the beginning I thought that with time it would loose but is not the case. How can I solve this ?

On the other hand, and this happens with all the screws, when I tight and loos them they drops some metal particles,
is this normal ?

Try a bit of lubricant on those screws and let it work through the tight gaps a few hours.
Metal shards should be just some machining residue, just clean them up.

Hi, I tried with "3 en 1" a lubricant from Spain and I was able to unscrew. After disassembling
the screws I saw the source of resistance, the screw has a manufacturer defect. I link a video

Hi, 15 days ago Eduard VKB FSC answered me saying that
"Sorry to hear that there is an issue.

Yes, we will send you the replacement screw like the one you mentioned on your picture"

I have replied him how is the process of sendind the screw going, and I haven`t got
an answer. Im writing here again hoping that someone can reach him to resolve this
issue.
