my apologies for my impatience, the ticket just said open for me hence why I was so confused. I completely understand your situation with your staff and the amount of work load, I would like to apologise once again and thank you for being so patient with me in particular.
I see, I just wanted to know if it is in this weekly delivery of if si have to wait for another week.
