I received an ups notification on March 08 'Label created', but until now no status change. Is the item already shipped?

In the same boat. Ordered March 27th, label created April 8th. UPS is showing projected delivery date as April 14th. Order number is #24403.

Hoping for delivery on the 14th but not expecting it at this point. Obvious supply chain issues unrelated to VKB. The situation in China currently is pretty wild.

Similar situation, just with DHL Ordered on March 23 and got a label on the 10th. Status has been 'Planning is being made' since. I hope it'll get moving before the easter holidays...

The question remains the same: Was the item shipped last week (label created april 8th)? Ups says one should contact the sender if the status of tracking does not change, but maybe they did not scan it. Could you please check...

Could you add a bit more?

I find it odd that I get a reasonable estimate and good communication the first two weeks, but then I get a label that does *nothing* for an entire week, which makes it likely now that the product will arrive 4 instead of 2 weeks after order and on top of all that there is complete radio silence in here.

I must say, I'm a bit disappointed, was looking forward to the gear but this is getting more annoying by the day...

Hi guys,

I have replied in several threads already that Fedex experiences delays in their network. Therefore we have more delays due to that. Only this week we should receive our second EVO batch. While the third one has been received and dispatched already. Hopefully the fourth batch will arrive later this week as well but Fedex might have different plans

Due to such issues, it is difficult to plan any ETA for your orders. But I would say that all orders placed up to April 4th should be finally dispatched this week. Sorry for delays but it depends on performance logistic companies. They works less reliable nowadays.
