Thanks for the purchase. I replied via email some time ago but just would like to confirm that currently expect to ship your order next week but it depends on Fedex peformance which is not that great as before

#24512 here, does this mean you ship from china, or from Netherland to destination?

We get the batch with EVO in the Netherlands first (delivered to us via express mail), then we dispatch individual orders.

On Monday I received notification from UPS that the 'Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet' which I presume means the delivery request has been placed with them.

However as of today they are still saying 'UPS has not received the package yet'

Is this normal?

Hi guys,

It takes a bit more than two weeks now as the batch was expected to arrive last week but it didn't happen.

Now it is confirmed for arrival this week. If you receive an email from UPS with the tracking number, it will be shipped as soon as the batch is delivered (in few days)
