HI,

How long do I need to wait for this ticket to make any progress on it. It has been 3 weeks already.

It is clear from other tickets that there is a problem with the PCB. Unfortunately, I am not getting any response to this.

I would appreciate a quick response to this ticket and an express shipment of replacement PCB's so I can get both my VKB's operational again.

Interesting. I keep getting told the European Rep will get back to me but then nothing happens.

Just spoke with the local rep for you, I understand it's a long time, but just a bit of more patience please.

As discussed all needed parts were shipped. They should arrive later this week.
It should fix the issue.
