Order #23577 missing parts

Hi,

I'm posting here as hopefully it will elicit a response from customer support who no longer seem to be responding to my emails..

I purchased the T Rudder pedals, NXT Omni throttle adapter & NXT Premium upgrade kit.

My parcel finally came 21 days later, after parting with £54.65 in import fees for the full order value

However all I received in the box was the T.rudder pedals. Inside there was 2 boxes which pad the pedals out securely, one has nothing in it, the other has an ethernet cable, usb cable and a little black box
