Status Quo

Postby Stonehenge » Thu Mar 17, 2022 11:20

In no way do I want this to be understood as criticism. Rather, I am worried and would like to find out in this way what the state of affairs is. If I am informed correctly, Eduard does everything alone in Rotterdam. So it's more or less a "one-man-show". That's why it takes a little longer in most cases to get an answer. And I really have no problem with that. However, there are quite a lot of unanswered inquiries piling up here.

Hence my question about the status quo. What is the situation with you? Are you doing well? The thing with Ukraine, and not to forget, COVID 19, leave traces everywhere. In short:
I would like to know how VKB is doing. How are you dealing with the situation? Are you all well? I hope none of you is affected in any way!
I can't and won't deny that I'm really looking forward to the Omni Throttle, but even if it's delayed, I'm fine with it. But i would feel a lot better knowing that the whole VKB team is doing well

Hi Stonehenge,

Thanks for your kind words. Actually I am not alone in VKB FSC Europe. My other colleagues cover for technical support and handling shipments. But, yes, it was some shortage due to illness recently and also pre-ordering of EVO products caused us many work. Customers sent us many quesitons about the orders, status, changing orders, questions about products etc. It is mostly covered now and I believe that all outstanding tickets/emails will be handled soon.
