Ticket #7145 no answer at all?

Hi VKB, Ill list my question here but you can also see it in the ticket. I would like to have this sorted BEFORE my items ship on the 18th please.

"Hi, I can see all the Evo prices changed to lower amounts and on discord a rep from you explained it was a calculation error on the website. But none of my orders made before the change was corrected. Please reimburse me the difference so I don't pay the old prices thanks. And please do it on all of my Evo orders as I have multiple."

All customers who overpaid will get reimbursed. It takes a bit longer, but eventually it'll happen; sorry for the delay.

We have refunded all excessive payments by now whether the ticket was opened or not. It took some time as each case has to be handled manually. This week we expect to start shipping :-)
