So this Joystick was able to be purchased on the 10th of march and listed with 201€ I ordered one and one day later it's price sunk to 165€. Is this intended or a mistake ? I am confused because they are still one week from delivery but already getting down in price !?

There was a post in the official announcement of the EVO that there was a miscalculation on the website and you should make a ticket so that you get a refund for the difference.
