Ticket #7022

I would appreciate if you could reply to my ticket with a frequency of more than 1 reply per week. I've recieved a faulty base plate which has poorly applied rubber feet and is slightly bent on top of that, making it unstable on a table. This hinders an otherwise great product a lot. I understand that you have lots of requests, but at least let me know if I can expect a replacement part or not. I am not using the stick at the moment, as I will return it If you can't provide a new plate. For 140€, this flaw cannot be unseen. Sorry for being an annoying customer and thank you.

The replacement base plate is now shipped. We will send you the tracking link later via the ticket.

I would like to correct your statement that your NXT costs €140. We have provided you the promised discount of €15 due to initial delay with comunication. So overall price for your NXT is €128.

Yes, that is correct and I appreciate the discount. I still paid 145€ for the NXT including shipping which is not exactly "cheap".
I am happy that you will be able to ship a replacement plate, and would gladly purchase the product again even without the discount.
