Cancelling or Changing order Ticket #6973

I have previously had a ticket conversation about changing my order while I was waiting for the new GNE lineup. Since it has been 10 days since my last message I would like to know
if someone could please look at my ticket. Since I am afraid otherwise the shipment will already be sent. Resulting in me having to send back the joysticks.
