at 26.2.22, i ordered 2x NXT Standart (l+r) and one Omni Throttle Adapter l. (#23801)
few days later, i heard about those NXT EVOS coming out und wrote a ticket (#7032) to ask:
"Hi, at THIS moment, i've seen, that there is a new Gladiator NXT EVO coming out. So here is my Question: Is it possible to change my Order from 2x Gladiator NXT Standart l+r 1x NXT Omni l to 2x Gladiator NXT EVO Standart l+r 1x NXT Omni l ??? i will also pay the difference, if there is one. greetings..."
Now yesterday i received an e-mail from UPS, that my order will arrive at 9.3.22... On your VKB EU main page, my order is still titled as "Processing" an my ticket is still "open".
i also heard about a US customer that was asked if he wants to wait for the newer joysticks. nothing like that happend to me.
i wonder what i should do know... is there really something coming and should i send the whole package back to get those EVOs or what. just one thing: would i work in this way too often, i would loose my job very fast.
i would be very happy to hear from anyone working here
