Please, answer to this post because no one would answer my mails.
What's about:
I've ordered 13 February:
Upgrade SCG "Kosmosima" Grip Standard to Premium - RightHanded.
There was annotations about shipment:
Customer Notes: to be shipped after the 21st of February.
Next 25th of February I've got confirmation maila about shipment:
We have finished processing your order.
[Order #23493] (from February 13, 2022)
And
Thanks for shopping with us. Your order has been shipped. The tracking information is provided in a separate email.
And till now I didn't receive any information about my shipment.
Worst! I've contacted 3 times and asked what's going on and - NO ANSWER! Of course spam folder checked.
I've got automated info about availability product mentioned above but real nothing about my parcel!
And what now? Can anyone can help me?

Of course, 2 tickets was open - NO ANSWERS!

I received of course invoice for my order (was sended with shipping confirmation). I'm broken - it's because of war?

I've got answer from support team. After 5 days and after private message for escalate member fallout9.
They were explaining are team member was ill. Hope all was good.
